Senior Associate Digital Marketing (TL)

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with SEO, client servicing content, design and key account managers on a regular basis to achieve the business goals.
● Timely communication to Account managers and management.
● Managing, guiding and training of the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
● Strategize for revenue growth of the client's business through digital marketing initiatives ∙ Work on effective budget allocation, campaign planning and approval with client on a monthly basis with focus on performance metrics and revenue objectives.
● Should be adept at handling campaign planning and advertising allocation on platforms like Google & Facebook as applicable and gauge performance metrics based on revenue objectives.
● Responsible for overseeing optimisation efficiency of the team, creative team and copy roll out, A/B testing of campaigns aiding efficient campaign execution and achieving revenue and performance metrics.
● Understand requirements, implement, and oversee all aspects of mid-market & enterprise targeted digital campaigns.
● End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement.
● Evaluate KPIs that affect our target audience and build an understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Minimum 4+ years in Digital marketing with experience in Team management. Hands on experience in end-to-end campaign execution & management, Google analytics & expertise with Google & FB platforms required.
● Deep understanding of campaign success parameters, tracking mechanisms, optimisation rules.
● Ability to problem solve, conceptualise as a marketer, create sharp messaging for end users and deliver revenue results.
● Past experience in planning, executing and successful reporting on multi-channel campaign and large budgets.
● Strong marketing expertise in overall digital marketing, understanding of campaign metrics, identifying potential revenue channels.
● Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance. Adaptability to changing environment, willingness to learn and can work well with cross functional teams across geographies.
● Understanding of Retail/ Ecommerce will make the learning curve shorter.
